What do you like best about Qooper?

Qooper was my first experience using a mentoring platform. I didn’t have any prior mentoring experience, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth and seamless the matching process was when I was paired with my mentor. What I found especially helpful was that if I didn’t get matched with the right mentor at first, I could always reach out to someone, and they would do their best to connect me with a mentor better suited to my needs. I also really liked the powerpoints that would help someone like me with no prior mentoring experience to prepare my best for upcoming sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qooper?

Sometimes the initial information about how to find the right mentor, along with filling out all the forms, can feel a bit overwhelming for someone who has never had any mentoring experience before. I constantly felt like I had to prepare for everything and "know" everything before my mentorship even started by completing all the action items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qooper solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Qooper, I didn't have a structured way to get guidance on my career and learning path. My mentor helped me navigate the challenges of being in a new country as a brown immigrant girl, including going through the immigration process, while also keeping me focused on my professional development and school. Having that support system in one place made it easier to stay on track during a really difficult time. The platform connected me with someone who genuinely invested in my growth, which gave me both direction and confidence despite being thousand miles away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
