What do you like best about Qonto?

Everything is straightforward, the UI is intuitive, I like being able to add invoices as soon as transactions occur. This saves a lot of time organising receipts etc. The invoice/quote generation tool is very useful as well, and it helps me generate invoices faster. Customer support is very useful as well.

It's fairly reliable and the speed is great. I haven't used the integrations nor the AI functionality, they don't seem that useful for me at this point.

What do you dislike about Qonto?

There are too many pop-ups sometimes, too many nudges to get me to move up to a higher paid tier, such as whenever I duplicate a quote.

Sometimes I feel like the VAT recognition function is bugging and inaccurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qonto solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used to use Word for client invoices and quotes and Excel for keeping track of receipts and invoices. Everything is much easier and faster with Qonto. I also like it for day-to-day operations, it's much better than traditional banks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
