Qless has an excellent platform for managing the flow of appointments and walk-in guests. It was easy to implement in our environment and integrated nicely into our operations.<br><br>The configuration is easy to understand and the operation is easy to train. The product is still growing and, as such, occasionally there is functionality that seems like it would make sense to have in a B2B queue management system baked in already but is not available. For example, a way to see all services assigned to all users in one place. Currently, you have to individually view each user to see what service is assigned to them.
