What do you like best about QBench?

Very user friendly and our QBench team has been extremely helpful from start up to production. I have been able to get the basic background needed to change and fix a lot of the workflows myself with the initial training done by our team leader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QBench?

There are a few limitations with the software, especially in how it reports samples within an order. However, after making some adjustments to the way we normally log in, everything has been running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QBench solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are helping with turn around time and efficiency across the lab. Having everything streamlined into an electronic program is much easier and faster than our all paper/manual method. We are able to easily see progress and outstanding samples while quickly generating and publishing reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
