After every server patch or cloud change, someone inevitably asks, “Did you check everything?” I used to answer, “Yes, I think so.” Now I just share the Qase test run link instead. It lays out every step clearly, shows who marked each one pass or fail and when, and the conversation usually ends right there.
I write my test cases like mini runbooks: check backups, check login, check disk and memory, and check the load balancer. That way, even a new team member can follow them at 2 AM without having to call me. Having shared steps saves time as well—I can update a step once, and it updates everywhere it’s used.
Setting up user roles is straightforward, and the API has worked reliably with our pipeline. Support also got back to us quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting could be more flexible. For my monthly updates to management, I still have to export the data and organize it myself. A few additional notification options would also help, so the right person is alerted when a run fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
