It helps boost motivation and overall morale across the organization by making recognitions visible and easy to share. **What do you dislike about Qarrot?** Some downsides include having to manually sync teams. If I add someone to Qarrot as a team member, I’d expect the team they’re joining to sync automatically. We have many teams, and having to go in and do this manually each time isn’t efficient. I’d also like the option to disable the additional points option for team leads. And if a campaign has already started and I remove someone, I’d like there to be an opt-in option to send an email letting them know they’ve been removed, instead of automatically sending the email to them. **What problems is Qarrot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qarrot helps solve the problem of limited recognition and low morale among staff. The platform is user friendly and intuitive. The customer service with having a dedicated rep is phenomenal. **What do you dislike about Qarrot?** The admin levels should be adjusted to allow for additional kinds of tiers/ levels with one overall account admin (Ex: Accounting admin for payments, HR admin for adding and removing staff etc). The pricing has increased recently and feels like its pricing out its original customers. The campaigns seem to have bugs/glitches when we need to run one. **What problems is Qarrot solving and how is that benefiting you?** The new reporting is saving us from the old manual report out on engagement and activity. There are still some tweaks but making my life easier with better manager level access. We have employees in 6 states and this tool allows us to keep recognition seamless over various areas. ### 4. The initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and Qarrot staff helped me troubleshoot whenever I encountered any issues. **What do you dislike about Qarrot?** Some staff have issues with Qarrot automatically renewing their points each quarter. I'm not sure what the issue is because the settings are correct but it doesn't automatically load new points for 3 of my staff. It works for the majority of staff. I simply go in and manually add the points each quarter for those who don't receive the automatic upload. **What problems is Qarrot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qarrot improves employee morale by providing positive feedback and it's user-friendly.
