"Qapita Makes ESOP Management Easy, Transparent, and Smooth to Implement"

What do you like best about Qapita?

What we like most about Qapita is how easy it has made ESOP management for both our HR team and employees. Having everything in one place, from grant details to vesting schedules and employee holdings, has reduced a lot of manual tracking and follow-ups. Employees can also log in and view their ESOP details whenever they need to, which brings in more transparency. What do you dislike about Qapita?

So far, our experience with Qapita has been positive. Since we have recently implemented the platform, we are still exploring some of its features. A few additional customization options and more detailed reporting capabilities would make it even better. What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you?

Qapita has helped us move away from manual ESOP tracking and manage everything in one place. Managing grants, vesting schedules, and employee queries has become much easier, and employees can now access their ESOP details without having to reach out to HR every time. The integration process was smooth, and the Qapita team has been very responsive, with quick turnaround times whenever we needed support.
