What do you like best about Qapita?

From an administrator’s perspective, the platform provides flexible and easily accessible reporting capabilities that have been extremely valuable for reconciliation, audit requirements, and compliance reporting.

From an employee’s perspective, I find the Qapita interface intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate.

The integration process was seamless, and the Qapita team was highly collaborative and supportive throughout the implementation.

The pricing was competitive and represented excellent value, making it an important factor in our decision to proceed with the implementation.

The onboarding experience was smooth and well managed. Our existing Excel-based records were successfully migrated to the Qapita platform, enabling easy access to individual datasets and improving overall data management.

We have not yet implemented Qapita’s AI-powered features, but we look forward to exploring their capabilities as we continue to expand our use of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qapita?

For employees who are new to ESOPs or unfamiliar with equity compensation terminology, some sections of the Qapita platform may initially require a bit of time to understand. The terminology and concepts can present a slight learning curve for first-time users. However, with regular use and a basic understanding of ESOP concepts, employees become comfortable navigating the platform and interpreting the information. What problems is Qapita solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing the ESOP plan through Qapita, the Company relied extensively on manual processes to maintain records of vesting and exercise transactions, calculate perquisite values, and perform annual reconciliations. These activities were time-consuming, prone to manual effort, and required significant coordination across teams.

Following the implementation of the Qapita platform, these processes have become significantly more streamlined and efficient. Manual intervention has been greatly reduced, reconciliation activities can now be completed in much less time, and the platform enables us to generate a wide range of reports quickly and accurately. Overall, the implementation has improved operational efficiency, enhanced data accuracy, and simplified the administration of our ESOP program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
