What do you like best about QaizenX?

It is easy to use and there is very detailed analysis of every aspect you can think of and the most interesting part is the we stopped using Jira because QaizenX have the inbuilt action plan feature so the tickets are raised in the dashboard itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QaizenX?

The survey can look good, but it's okay considering the fact that the answers will be true based on the insights only and not on the design. It would be better if the feature to see all the data in one screen only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QaizenX solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using QaizenX for our customer experience management. We want to know whether the customers are happy or not and if not, what are the things that are making them unhappy. QaizenX points out the exact problems for us to work on and it saved us a lot of time by directly assigning the task from the dashboard itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
