What do you like best about Q360?

The team at Solutions 360 knows and understands our industry. This is reflected in the software they produce. Q360 is a complete solution handling every aspect of our business. The developers listen to our needs, add new features and enhance existing processes. With each upgrade, the system gets better and better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Q360?

There really isn't anything I dislike. A feature that would be extremely helpful is to add Field Level Security to restrict users from selecting certain options in a drop-down field linked to a general code (i.e. only allowing specified users to select certain statuses or types. Recommendations to others considering Q360:

Spend plenty of time training the staff and understanding the accounting impact of all the system configurations. The Business Analyst assigned to you is extremely important in understanding the impact of configuration decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Q360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run my business through Q360. While I can not control users, I can control what they can do through great software. The main benefit we realized is controlled processes resulting in accurate and timely management and financial reporting enabling us to run and grow our business.
