In 8 months, we have made a platform transition, and PythonRPA could solve all old problems written on UiPath. 1. Invoice reconciliation. We have a 1C platform and an ESF government platform. The robot makes reconciliation on two systems. There are a huge number of documents that should be reconciled. And it saves employees a lot of routine time. 2. Notifications from the court office. Our corporation has 300+ companies. Each company has a profile on the court office. Experts from the law department need to check if there are new notifications on the profile. For that, we wrote a robot that logs into the web page and checks if there are new notifications from the court office. 3. Updating RSA keys from the government portal EGOV. We have keys for 300 companies for working on government portals; we need to keep keys active. They need to update keys once a year. This creates routine work for law department experts to update keys and keep all keys active. To solve this problem, we have made an RPA robot for auto-updating keys. The robot checks every day if there are keys with an expiration date of less than 30 days; if so, the robot updates them. 4. Online banking. We have integrated payment operations by Python API with 4 KZ banks: Bereke bank, Jusan bank, BCC, Halyk bank. 5. Auto Signing contracts. 6. Notification for canceled invoices. It helps to recount the amount of taxes. It is the most useful RPA robot we made. This robot helps to save the company more than 100 million tenge per year. 7. Check contractors for arrest or other enforcement proceedings. 8. Automate counting each project's amount for utility bills by recognizing scanned invoices. 9. Auto transfer money to deposit. A large company has large money. The money which is not for use until 18:00 is transferred by the robot to the deposit for the night. This will increase rewards from deposits of the company.
