What do you like best about Puzzle?

There is now an MCP to hook up with Claude or any LLM. It is amaaaazing. Support is incredible. There is a whole Circle community you can team up. with too. Since the MCP is in you can design and implement business systems at lightning speed. It is a beast for visualizing and tracking your workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Puzzle?

I would like to be able to change the colors of things, create tasks and comments via the MCP. But other than that it has been amazing. I am very grateful and the software is so helpful to plan our systems out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Puzzle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Puzzle lets me map out all my business processes, spot inefficiencies, and plan systems in a way that makes my work more visual and intuitive. It also improves our team’s efficiency by helping us visually represent ideas, communicate clearly, and make smarter decisions together. It’s been a game changer for sales presentations and closing deals, and it helps us reduce costs. For us, it’s been worth its investment from day one financially.
