What do you like best about Pushly?

As a digital publisher, Pushly's Push Notification system has a lot of functionality and tools available that other platforms don't. It gives us the flexibility to either automate or manually control what we send quickly and easily. It seamlessly integrates with our CMS system quickly and easily and their tech team was able to make custom changes to what we need. Over the years we've seen our subscribers and engagement grow and it has been a valuable tool in our audience retention strategy. Price wise we found them very competitive and the performance and reliability of their system as good as anyone else. What do you dislike about Pushly?

Their system used to be very limited in terms of the automation system however they now have a new self serve system which has massively improved things. Sometimes the UX of the journeys can be a little tricky and the segmentation system could be easier to use but once you get the hang of it then its ok and their support team is always on hand. What problems is Pushly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way to help grow and scale our subscribers. Their system allows for the automation of notifications and creation of journeys so we can allow the system to run itself without the need for manual intervention a lot of the time.
