What do you like best about Purplepass?

I love how clean the layout is. It makes it easier for customers to see all the information they need about our event. It looks very professional and helps our event feel more legitimate. It was also very easy to integrate into our website and share across our social channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Purplepass?

Overall, I have no complaints. One thing that would be nice to have in the overview section is the ability to place a photograph. I love keeping the logo in the main header, but it would be great to also add an image further down the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Purplepass solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem Purplepass solves for us is being able to see ticket sales in real time, instead of having to wait for someone else to provide that information. We can also get the ticket page up much faster on our end, rather than working with an in-house ticket team and having to wait because we’re not always their main priority.
