What do you like best about Punchpass?

The interface is extremely user friendly and you can navigate through a few menu clicks to get anywhere you need to be. The simple design allows for quick information presentation. Easy to use and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Punchpass?

I've encountered a few cases in which if you miss details on a new class, the page will refresh/reset and you would need to complete filling out details for each field again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Punchpass solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are supporting this for a client. The program is very simple to train up staff to utilize. For a small studio, this is doing very well in customer management and setting up both scheduled and one time courses on the calendar. A great feature is that you can accept reservations and require a login to the site, based on your course requirement. Having the option for online courses are great too.
