Setting up SSO and Slack was pretty straightforward once I got my head around the admin flow. Connecting our identity provider and authorizing the Slack app took under an hour, and since then users can sign in without getting prompted over and over. The dashboard also makes it easy to see who’s booking what, and the floor maps are clear and simple to read across our multiple floors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Slack sign-in flow was confusing until I discovered the admin authorization step. Users were seeing permission prompts every time they logged in, and I didn’t realize the solution was a one-time admin action in the integrations menu. After I completed that step, everything worked as expected. Still, the onboarding could do a better job of clearly directing admins to this requirement upfront.
