I mainly use it to see who’s in before I schedule a meeting. I coordinate a sales team that’s in the office two or three days a week, so it helps me check which days are already busy before I book a room. Booking a room takes more steps than it should for a quick internal meeting. Desks are just one click, but rooms require entering capacity, equipment, and a few other fields that I don’t need for a 30-minute catch-up.
