Desk booking is quick enough that people actually use it. I can open the app on the way in, check who’s in the office, pick a spot near my team, and be done in under a minute. The floor plan view is what really makes it work for me—I can see where everyone’s sitting before I commit, so I’m not wandering around trying to find people. Booking a room feels like more work than booking a desk. Desks are basically one click, but rooms require me to choose capacity, equipment, catering options, and more. By the time I’ve filled everything in, I’ve forgotten why I needed the room in the first place. Lately I’ve just been grabbing a desk and finding a corner for meetings instead.
