What do you like best about PULT?

As a financial analyst, I value having clear visibility into how our office space is actually being used. PULT offers helpful occupancy insights that make it easier to assess whether workplace resources are being utilized efficiently. The desk and meeting room booking features are also straightforward and easy to use, which helps employees plan their in-office days with less friction. What do you dislike about PULT?

The reporting features meet the basic requirements, but I’d like more flexibility when exporting data for financial analysis. It would also be helpful to have additional options for comparing occupancy trends across different time periods, so the insights are more useful when it comes to budgeting. What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?

One ongoing challenge in financial planning is pinpointing where the company might be spending more than necessary. With PULT, we have clearer visibility into office attendance and space utilization, which directly supports decisions around rent, facilities, and other workplace-related expenses. Instead of relying on assumptions, we can look at real usage patterns when evaluating office costs. As a result, our budgeting conversations are more informed, grounded, and practical.
