What do you like best about PULT?

The audit trail is the biggest benefit for me. When a client or an auditor asks who was on site on a specific date, or whether a fabric inspection contractor attended as scheduled, I can respond in minutes instead of having to promise I’ll check and get back to them. Having visitor records with timestamps and photos answers questions we used to manage with a paper register, which was often incomplete. The emergency drill reports also feed straight into our safety documentation, which we need for civil defence compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PULT?

The reporting doesn’t distinguish between staff, contractors, and delivery personnel, which is important for our compliance records. I need to be able to confirm that a fabric inspection took place and that it was logged by an external party, but the system currently treats that the same as a staff member arriving. The retention settings are also global rather than category-based, so I can’t apply a longer retention period to compliance-related records than I do for everyday visitors. What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mainly, it’s about having defensible records. We used to rely on paper registers that were often incomplete and, at times, filled in after the fact. Now we have a timestamped digital trail instead.
