We run imaging, lab, and consultation areas across two floors, and patients are constantly moving between them. PULT lets me see who’s in which area without having to call three different desks just to find out. If a patient is late for a scan, I can quickly check whether they’ve even checked in yet, which has noticeably reduced the number of “where are they?” phone calls. In a department where one missed slot can throw off the whole day, that makes a real, practical difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This platform feels built for visitors, not patients, and that distinction really matters for us. Patient records require a level of confidentiality that it doesn’t support: everyone on our plan can see every record, which isn’t acceptable for anything health-related. Because of that, we log patients by appointment number only. It works, but it’s clearly a workaround rather than something the system is designed for. On top of that, the kiosk is too slow when several people arrive at once for morning appointments, and it creates a bottleneck at check-in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
