"PULT Makes Training Room Booking and Attendance Tracking Effortless"

What do you like best about PULT?

We use PULT to book training rooms and track attendance for internal upskilling sessions on new frameworks and tools. The presence view shows me who’s on-site, which makes it easier to schedule sessions when people can actually attend. I also pre-register external trainers as visitors so they can check in without me having to escort them from reception. Attendance records export cleanly, which helps a lot with our training compliance documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PULT?

The booking system doesn’t clearly distinguish between training rooms, meeting rooms, and quiet zones, and that has led to booking conflicts. There’s also no built-in attendance tracking for virtual participants, so for hybrid training sessions we still need to rely on a separate tool. On top of that, the feedback collection features feel too basic to properly measure training effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the logistics challenge of running regular training in a hybrid office, where room and people availability can be unpredictable. I can now plan sessions based on real attendance and actual room availability. As a result, turnout for our upskilling programmes has improved, and we’ve had fewer cancelled sessions.
