What do you like best about PULT?

PULT’s real-time presence dashboard gives me a clear, live view of all visitors, contractors, and employees currently on-site across multiple floors and buildings. The emergency check-in feature helps our security staff quickly mark individuals as safe or missing during evacuation drills. With the mobile app, I receive instant alerts when someone enters a restricted zone without the proper credentials. The visitor pre-registration feature also integrates smoothly with our lobby kiosks and our badge-printing system, which makes the check-in process more efficient. What do you dislike about PULT?

The system still doesn’t integrate with our biometric access control panels, so some data entry remains manual. During high-stress situations, generating the emergency roll call report takes a few extra clicks than it should. I’ve also noticed the dashboard refresh can lag by a few seconds, which feels slow when we’re dealing with active security incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PULT solving and how is that benefiting you?

PULT is helping us solve our previously fragmented approach to tracking who is in the building at any given time, which used to involve multiple logs and a lot of phone calls. Now we can generate accurate emergency evacuation reports in minutes rather than hours.
