What do you like best about Pulse?

The Feed and Insights sections are the most powerful capabilities IMO. Pulse does exceptionally well in terms of integrating to multiple upstream tools like CRMs, ticketing portals, GMail, slack, Clari etc. and providing a consolidated view of insights. It helps Product teams identify signals from noise and empowers them to manage their backlog and roadmaps better. The AI layer is good in deduplicating the signals and grouping them logically. Overall, the tool has improved our VOC process significantly. We also had a pleasant onboarding experience from the Pulse team and they have been super responsive in resolving our queries. What do you dislike about Pulse?

There aren't many cons. One area they could improve is the reporting/analytics section, but I believe that with their powerful MCP solutions we can build more customised reports ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pulse solves the core pain point of providing a true representation of the "voice of the customer" and a 360-degree view of our customers with respect to their feature requests, bugs, pain points, etc. Although it’s still early for us, we are confident this will help our GTM, Support, and Product teams keep track of customer health and prioritize their work accordingly.
