Pulse has been a great addition to my daily work flow. It has freed up so much of my time quoting projects, and had made it easier to track loads and communicate with my carriers. The customer support is top notch, if I have a feature request or a question, it gets addressed immediately. Kurtis and his team have been great to work with. I was able to jump in and start utilizing the system right away after getting on boarded. My carriers for the most part, are comforatble using it, with the exception of some old school guys stuck in their ways, but they are making the effort. The only negative thing I have to say is that it can be tough to pull addresses every so often but thats rectified by being able to manually add addresses that don't initially populate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
