What do you like best about Pulse Commerce?

Pulse Commerce has been beneficial for our organization which is running multiple channel retail business. The ability to integrate easily with our current e-commerce platforms as well as market places has enhanced operations maturity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulse Commerce?

I think that one of the aspects which are slightly developed here are the levels of detail in the reports. For instance, it is somewhat difficult to analyze the detailed performance of individual product lines or various groups of customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pulse Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

The pivotal benefit of Pulse Commerce is there are no more different systems providing data for every channel. It offers an integrated perspective of inventory, orders, and customers, enabling us to decide on stock distribution, order replenishment, and advertising strategies.
