"A modern social listening tool that is always improving"

What do you like best about Pulsar Platform?

We have been Pulsar customers since 2016, and the best part is that the platform keeps evolving. We use three products, Trac, Core, and Trends, and all of them share the same strength: a clean interface backed by a lot of underlying data. Seat flexibility has also mattered a lot for us: we can add plenty of users, so every team member who needs access to a client's data can have it directly, instead of routing requests through one person.

Core is the tool we rely on most, both for our own channels and for competitive analysis. Linking our owned accounts gives us cleaner, more complete metrics than public data scraping would, and for competitors, having everything pulled into one organized view saves us from juggling multiple platforms.

Integrations are where Pulsar has given us the most unexpected value. Their API is solid enough that we've been able to build custom integrations on top of it, feeding directly into our own internal reporting workflows instead of relying on manual exports. That's turned Pulsar from a tool we check into a data source our team can build around.

On the AI/Intelligence side, we've taken that a step further by connecting Pulsar's API into some of our internal AI tools, so parts of our team can access profile, post, and follower data without pulling reports by hand. It's not a native Pulsar feature, but it says a lot about how usable and well structured their data layer is that we could build it.

Trac feels similar to Core in day to day use, same clean, uncluttered interface, which makes switching between the two tools frictionless for the team.

Performance has been consistently strong: the data comes back fast and already organized, so it's ready to use without extra cleanup on our end.

On pricing, it's the most competitive we've found in the market for the level of data and functionality we get.

Support has also stood out: they combine AI assisted responses with human agents, so simple questions get resolved quickly while anything more complex still gets a real person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pulsar Platform?

There are a few things someone could dislike about Pulsar, although most of those issues aren’t really their fault. With all the privacy actions being taken by social platforms, certain data has been limited. Aside from that, we haven’t had any real issues that have made me dislike the tool.
