What do you like best about Pulsar Platform?

The tool is very complete, intuitive and helpful. I benefit a lot from having all insights from multiple sources in one place, and it's valuable to be shared with clients with the report capability. What do you dislike about Pulsar Platform?

The boolean search can be a little tricky to use sometimes, even with the guide it's hard to identify where the mistakes are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pulsar Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking specific communities for products and brands is specially valuable to my clients. It saves a lot of time from going into each platform to research and the dashboards are very useful to understand numbers and sentiment.
