What do you like best about Pulsar for Salesforce?

The kind of integration they are providing is up to the mark and we like it the best among all of our teams be it on field or in office. Along with that, they have the best UI. They have sorted out the question of better UI and design. It is very much user friendly and the teams be it on field or at office location, they are comfortably using it. What do you dislike about Pulsar for Salesforce?

It is too early for us to decide on what we dislike as we have started using this tool recently; hence, we do not have any specific point which we dislike yet. But cost can be one factor they can focus on to reduce. As we feel that the pricing is on a bit of higher side which keeps us thinking if we want to expand this tool and give it to use of other teams as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
