What do you like best about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?

The team has a defined framework for their consulting practice. They all speak the same language. And are constantly reinforcing the skills and behaviors to be successful. The team is more prepared to handle the client, no matter what they throw at them. People perform better when they know what to do, and have confidence in what to do. What do you dislike about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?

The UI of the first version of the skills portal was a bit clunky. The newer version of the portal UI is much improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PS Principles Skill Development Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a common framework for the team. The platform is unique in that it is a skills practice framework, not just a simple training program. We liked the holistic approach to practicing the consulting/project skill sets here. Over the 3 years we have been using the program we have seen fantastic results in our delivery of projects and our ability to manage and delight our clients.
