"ProWritingAid makes editing quick and easy"

4.5/5

What do you like best about ProWritingAid?

One of the best features of ProWritingAid is the MS Word plug-in. Since I do most of my writing in MS Word, this saves me tons of time. I don't have to copy and paste documents or upload them anywhere to enjoy the benefits of a full featured document editing program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProWritingAid?

The newest features are rolled out to the online version first (which I rarely use). I wish the company would be quicker about ensuring the Word plug-in matched the online program's functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ProWritingAid:

Try it out and compare to other free and paid editing programs to see what works best for you. I used hemingwayapp for years but finally signed up for ProWritingAid when my writing activity increased. It has made a difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProWritingAid solving and how is that benefiting you?

ProWritingAid suggests repairs to content I've already written, but it has also made me a better writer. I now am more conscious of bad habits like passive verbs and long sentences so I don't write them in the first place. This makes editing go even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
