What do you like best about Provide Support?

Provide Support allows you or your team to chat (or reply to emails when offline) easily across multiple websites. I have multiple websites and it is great to only have to monitor one window or one mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Provide Support?

Desktop console doesn't remember the column widths and it would be nice if it had an option to auto resize all columns instead of having to do each column individually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was so impressed by how easy it was to implement, I made a How to add live chat to WordPress website in 3 minutes YouTube video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Provide Support solving and how is that benefiting you?

The visitors tab is great for monitoring your site in realtime - what page are they visiting, what country are they in, and more. This allows us to understand traffic and if necessary, adjust firewall rules to block certain countries.

Being able to chat with visitors across multiple websites with one interface.

One price whether you use it on one site or several! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello Jim,

Thank you for your great words about our service. The issue with the desktop app not remembering column width has been already fixed in our new agent app releases. You can download the latest one from our website https://www.providesupport.com/live-chat-apps and adjust columns width to meet your requirements. You can also hide the columns you do not need.

The app 7.0.2 comes with a new design and features. We will be glad to know your opinion about it.
