What problems is Prove solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prove is helping us address our U.S. customer onboarding challenge by offering a non-doc solution. Previously, we required users to upload their IDs, which many saw as too much hassle—especially when they were out and about. Not everyone carries an ID with them, so when they were prompted to take a photo of it to get verified, they often abandoned the verification flow. As a result, we lost a lot of potential customers.

Prove solved this by verifying new users using only their SSN and phone number, which made the onboarding flow seamless and significantly boosted new customer onboarding in the U.S. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
