What do you like best about ProTexting?

Excellent speed in sending text messages to all our customers, totally simplifying communication with the customer. The interface is very easy to use and can be managed from any mobile device. The configuration is very simple, the platform is workable and very easy to manipulate, the options for automating text messages seem to me very useful for attracting potential customers for the company. The survey mode is highly valued and attractive because it allows us to know the opinion of customers from a different point of view. What do you dislike about ProTexting?

One of the problems that I detect in ProTexting's features may be the reports and analysis tools, I think they are not very accurate, it would be useful to get more predictive analysis on the text messages sent and the interaction with customers. Another detail to take into account has to do with its price, it seems to me that for sending text messages they charge high rates, it is true that the program is very automated and serves to save time when wanting to contact customers, but there could be a price adjustment. What problems is ProTexting solving and how is that benefiting you?

The software has allowed us to contact potential customers and then take advantage of them and turn them into sources of economic growth for our company, with ProTexting the marketing of our company has improved a lot, we managed to contact massively more customers and this allows us an exponential growth that translates into profits. It is also an excellent service for promotions, we are currently managing some using ProTexting SMS, they are very intuitive and well done. We also tend to do a lot of new projects, and it is very useful to be able to notify most of our clients that we are working on new tools to improve our services.
