What do you like best about Protecht?

The ability to decide if you want to create, implement and manage your own modules, or get assistance from Protecht. We have created so many modules, including the electronic form, database and dashboard reports. The most recent one being a module to keep track of our actions relating to our upcoming Aged Care Registration Renewal. It was scoped, built and data loaded in 2 days. We use the dashboard report to keep our Executives updated on our progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Protecht?

Perhaps the ability to extract data from one module, do some calculations, and then feed the result into another module. I am being picky, but, it would be nice to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Protecht solving and how is that benefiting you?

Actions, Incidents, Hazards, Feedback at the click of a mouse button. All of these modules, plus Internal Audit and ERM and Operational Risk in the next few months, will allow us to start to easily view, report and anlyse data across all of the modules. We are also looking forward to be able to identify trends from the dashboards and reporting. Aprt from what Protecht is designed to do, the other benefit is the ability to easily design and create your own modules including, registers, forms, automation, escalation, dashboards and reporting. Each module allows integration with other Protecht Modules like Risk, Audit, Incident and Actions. If you are looking at integrating with existing software, Protecht also has API capability that is very well documented for your ICT department to work with.
