What do you like best about Protecht?

The platform is straightforward to understand and use, and its modular design allows you to add features as needed. I appreciate that, after a brief training period, users can configure the system themselves. The support teams are exceptionally helpful and friendly, which makes a big difference. Implementing the platform was quick and easy, and rolling it out to the user base was a smooth process.

What do you dislike about Protecht?

I can't think of any particular drawbacks. While the help desk being located in Australia can sometimes result in slightly longer response times due to the time difference, issues with the platform are so infrequent that this rarely becomes a problem once you're aware of the time zone difference. What problems is Protecht solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before implementing Protecht, our company lacked the ability for departments to easily access and analyze their RCSAs, as well as straightforward incident reporting and the ability to define action plans. With Protecht, we now have a much clearer understanding of risk management and its significance. I believe this will continue to improve as additional modules are introduced.
