Our team occasionally encounters workflow routing glitches with large multi-page textile contracts, yet support tickets often take 24 to 48 hours to receive a reply, slowing down time-sensitive sample order approval workflows. More local German-language support agents and faster priority ticketing for mid-sized manufacturing businesses would resolve this pain point. The platform’s mobile interface is far too limited for on-site production and field sales staff. Many of our wholesale sales representatives travel to meet fabric retailers across Germany and neighboring EU countries, and our production supervisors regularly inspect fabric batches on the factory floor. The Prostream mobile app only supports basic file viewing; users cannot edit textile spec sheets, adjust workflow approval statuses, or modify client folder permissions while offline.
