What do you like best about Prosper AI?

40% of our AI-booked visits now fill same-day and next-day openings that used to go empty. Prosper AI was also the only platform in our evaluation that could build outbound call agents, which was a capability we specifically needed and other vendors couldn't support. It writes appointments directly into eClinicalWorks with no manual entry and offers Spanish-language scheduling, so we're not limited by bilingual staffing — all part of an AI workforce that fills the schedule, not just answers the phone. Prosper is the only company that we have been able to find that is able to update the patients insurance information within our EHR system. The customization has also been very helpful with different work flows and needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prosper AI?

What problems is Prosper AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

20% of our calls were being dropped, which meant patients — and the revenue tied to their visits — often sought care elsewhere, looking for faster response times. High turnover kept forcing us to retrain staff on complex booking rules on top of that. Since Prosper AI, we've cut call volume reaching the front desk by 70%, dropped call abandonment from 20% to 2%, and given our team back over 100 hours a month. Our office schedule is much fuller now since using Prosper AI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
