What do you like best about ProSpend?

What I like most about ProSpend is its simple and clean interface. The system is very user-friendly and easy to learn, even for people without an accounting background. It makes expense and invoice processing straightforward and efficient. What do you dislike about ProSpend?

While ProSpend is very user-friendly and easy to learn, there are opportunities for improvement in a few areas. More integrations with other business systems and platforms would help streamline workflows and reduce manual data entry. System performance could be enhanced, particularly when processing large volumes of transactions or generating reports. From a pricing perspective, charge according to usage is more flexible. Additionally, incorporating more AI-driven features is coming, such as smart coding suggestions, anomaly detection, predictive insights, and automated data extraction, could further improve efficiency and the user experience.
