One thing we especially appreciated was ProspectOut’s approach to positioning. Instead of making the outreach feel like a straightforward insurance or financial product pitch, they understood that meaningful conversations can begin with real financial priorities—like education planning, family protection, long-term wealth planning, and preparing for the future. The main area where I think ProspectOut could improve is in offering more detailed insight into which audience segments and messaging angles are driving the strongest engagement. Since financial planning can involve very different needs for families, expatriates, and professionals, more granular reporting would make it easier for us to see which segments are responding best and which messages are resonating most.
