"My PA for Pre-Meeting and Post-Meeting Summaries"

What do you like best about Proshort?

I really like the email that comes before a meeting, because it includes great information that I usually have to ask my team members to share before I get on a call. Having that automated is fantastic. Also, the post-meeting summary is really good. It helps me keep track of meetings without having to rely on formal meeting minutes, so it works like a charm. What do you dislike about Proshort?

The one thing I don’t like sometimes is that it could be a permissions issue. I’m not sure what’s going on, but for some people or participants, their title doesn’t show up in the pre-meeting summary. I’m thinking this has to do with permissions, so having more information about who the participants are would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Proshort solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a couple of things I really like. It’s honestly a game changer when it comes to getting pre-meeting notes, including summaries of past data on what our customers have been doing. Even for a new customer, it can scrape general information off the internet. Another big benefit for us is the option to generate post-meeting notes and push them into our CRM.
