The flexibility of the platform is what got me. PPT upload, quizzes, certificates, all in one place. That combination fits my specific needs without having to stitch together separate tools. The invite based enrollment was something I appreciated more than I expected. Employees don't have to join anything or set up an account. I push the invites, and they just take the course. That removed a friction point I'd been working around for a long time. Unlimited courses can be added to my plan, which means I stopped having to think about what to deprioritize. The support team was patient and available after the first call. One rep, especially, who emailed answers to questions I had after we spoke. That kind of follow through isn't something I take for granted. The platform is easier than a lot of sites I've tried. The first few times working on it, I needed help, which I'll be honest about.
