What do you like best about ProProfs Survey Maker?

I use ProProfs Survey Maker mainly for diet follow-up forms, patient feedback, and small wellness surveys related to my regular clinic work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so collecting proper responses and follow-up information is important during consultations and awareness activities. What I like best is that the survey creation process feels simple and easy to manage during daily work. Adding questions, changing answer options, sharing survey links, and checking responses does not feel complicated. I also like that different question types and customization options are available because every patient follow-up or wellness form needs a slightly different format.

The response section is also useful because feedback stays organized from one place, which helps while reviewing multiple patient forms together. Features like survey sharing, templates, response tracking, and quick editing save time and make regular workflow more smooth during busy clinic hours.

I also use survey forms sometimes for health awareness activities and educational response collection, so being able to quickly create and update forms is helpful for my work. I also noticed that while basic reporting and response tracking work well for regular feedback collection, reviewing large numbers of responses together can feel slightly less organized when handling multiple wellness and diet follow-up forms at the same time. A few customization and layout sections also take some time to adjust properly in the beginning. Apart from these small things, the platform works smoothly for my regular patient feedback, wellness surveys, and health education related response collection work. ProProfs Survey Maker is helping me solve the problem of collecting and managing patient feedback in a more organized way during regular clinic work. Earlier, follow-up responses, wellness feedback, and diet progress updates were mostly handled manually through calls, messages, or separate notes, which made tracking difficult during busy days.

Now I can create proper follow-up forms, diet progress surveys, and wellness questionnaires from one place. This makes response collection more structured and easier to manage.
