What do you like best about ProProfs Net Promoter Score?

What I like most about this ProProfs Net Promoter platform is its simplicity and how it makes the survey creation very much easier and fun, even for users without any technical expertise. This platform is very helpful in idealising and building to execution all under a single ecosystem. Their drag-and-drop interface is very helpful in building these survey templates. And their ready-made templates, and their wide variety of questions, which are prebuilt, help us in building professional-looking surveys very quickly. I also like how easy it is to distribute surveys through multiple channels and monitor responses through the real-time reporting dashboards. This platform also maintains a good balance between usability and functionality, which helps our team to gather meaningful feedback without any complex learning curve. What do you dislike about ProProfs Net Promoter Score?

Although this platform is easy to use, I feel its user interface should be more beneficial and intuitive, like modern designs. Some of their integrations and advanced customisation options, specifically around survey appearance and branding flexibility, feel a bit limited when compared with other premium competitors of date in this.

Their reporting and exporting functions work well for everyday use, but when it comes to deeper analytics and more complicated visualisation capabilities, their experience should be improved, which will be a good value add on to this platform, and improve the overall performance as well. What problems is ProProfs Net Promoter Score solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform helps us solve the problem of collecting structured feedback effectively, right from customers to employees and our internal stakeholders, without relying on any manual entry process. Rather than using spreadsheets and email threads, we can easily target a specific audience with a targeted survey, where we can distribute them quickly, pause and analyse the response from our centralised dashboard, making it more effective and clean.

Overall, this platform has improved our decision-making process by providing actionable insights in real time. This saves us considerable time in survey setup and administration, which increases the response rate and enables us to identify the trends and improvement opportunities faster, which is very helpful.
