Easy to use and packed with features. I can find plenty of tutorials on YouTube, and there are paid YouTubers, so I count that as a form of customer support. It also integrates with many other apps. I use it about twice a week. **What do you dislike about ProPresenter?** The only issue we encountered was a few bugs when the license was close to expiring. Also, it’s meant to be used with iOS. I know that’s better in almost every way, but it makes it more difficult to switch over and start using it. **What problems is ProPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** All media presentation at church. ### 2. It really is plug and play. The tutorials are clear and easy to follow. **What do you dislike about ProPresenter?** There is a little bit of a learning curve but once you go through the tutorials, you will have a good grasp of the program and how to utilize it to the best of your ability. **What problems is ProPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using a different presentation software but they kept updating and making changes. As a result, the program would crash on a Sunday in the middle of the service. Not good. ### 3. Troubleshooting is usually pretty smooth, but the amount of crashes I've seen from ProPresenter isn't conducive to a live-production program. **What problems is ProPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProPresenter lets me use whatever screens a given venue has to make the smoothest and most visually appealing worship environment possible. ### 5. As a AV Director I like how I can use piece of software that can be used for church applications aswell as corporate events. The software for me was esay to integrate into the church's workflow as well as any corpoate events and the software remembers the layout of the screens so i dont have to always reconfigure it. **What do you dislike about ProPresenter?** Some of the software updates have caused propresentor to not function properly causing difficulty using product effectivley during services. **What problems is ProPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having one piece of software that can be used in Church applications or corporate events. ### 6. I love the deep level of control, automation, routing, and styling for any level of presentation. Whether you are a small church or conference up to a huge event, Proprsenter gives you the tools to do anything you need. They also update the software suite to make it easier and more robust. **What do you dislike about ProPresenter?** I wish moving presentations were easier between computers. It is confusing how to move presentation files well. I also wish they had a cloud storage option for presentations so you could work on the files in the cloud on one computer and have it synced to another. This would help with colaboration. **What problems is ProPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Propresenter to run graphics, videos, and confidence monitors for live streams, live events, and hybrid events. It allows me to pre-build presentations and set automation to make events easy to run. You can also have multiple video outputs for stage monitors, speaker monitors and alpha channels for live streaming. ### 7. The user base is so large that there is always someone using it in a similar way or running into similar problems to help troubleshoot. The features in ProPresenter 7 allow us to send NDI signals to multiple monitors, and we have appreciated the ease of getting volunteers up-to-speed in using the software too. **What do you dislike about ProPresenter?** Some of the bugs in the PC version of ProPresenter don't exist in the Mac version, so when we encounter PC-specific bugs it takes a bit more work to resolve. The support team (an annual fee) is awesome, but the amount of bugs in each build can get annoying, especially if it is something specific to your own context. **What problems is ProPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** ProPresenter allows us to display lyrics and videos easily and clearly for our gathered worship services. We also use it to send slides and videos to the livestream computer. It is a relatively stable and reliable solution with so many potential bells and whistles that we don't even get to in our rather simple usage. ### 8. It is easy to use with almost no learning curve. It has almost every feature conceivable for someone who wants to take their display project to the next level. **What do you dislike about ProPresenter?** SOme of the older features (like Telestrator, where you can draw on your slides with a stylus) are not incorporated in Version 7 and forward. The return of those features would be very helpful in later versions. **What problems is ProPresenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** In my context, I need to display song lyrics and sermon points to the congregation while also showing more technical information to the people on stage (lyrics for the current and next slide, timers, current time, etc.). I also need something that allows me to stream an NDI input from my iPad when I teach, and send an overlay to my video switch for lower-thirds lyrics for our livestream. That is what ProPresenter does, and arguably that is what it is built for. ### 9. We use PP in worship service and I loved it so much that I use it now at work as well. **What do you dislike about ProPresenter?** Some of the multi-screen features need to be revamped, I think.
