Proposify has become an essential part of our proposal and sales process. As a web design and marketing agency, we need proposals that not only clearly communicate scope and pricing but also reflect the quality and professionalism of our work. Proposify makes it easy to create polished, on-brand proposals without having to reinvent the wheel for every opportunity. One of the biggest benefits for us is efficiency. We can reuse and customize content, services, pricing, and contract language while still tailoring each proposal to the individual client. The ability to see when a proposal has been viewed and track client engagement is also extremely helpful when it comes to timing follow-ups. The platform continues to make managing proposals, approvals, and signatures much easier than handling everything through PDFs and email. It keeps the sales process organized, gives clients a professional experience, and saves our team a significant amount of time.
