"Fast, Polished Proposals with a Huge Template Library"

What do you like best about Proposal.biz?

What impressed me most is the speed. Within minutes I had a complete, professional-looking proposal, and the large library of ready-made templates means you rarely start from a blank page. For freelancers and small studios who write proposals regularly, that alone saves real time and makes the result look more polished than a typical Word or Google Docs proposal. What do you dislike about Proposal.biz?

My main issue is the app’s color scheme. The interface leans heavily on pink and lavender tones, which I find tiring for daily work. A neutral or muted theme option, or a proper dark mode, would make long sessions much more comfortable. I also noticed that scrolling in the finished document view is a bit jumpy, with the page occasionally skipping position while reading through it. What problems is Proposal.biz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Writing proposals and similar business documents is tedious work that eats into time better spent on the actual client project. Proposal.biz takes most of that effort away. Instead of assembling a proposal from scratch or copying from old files, you pick a template or let the AI generate a draft, and you have a structured, professional-looking document within minutes.
