What do you like best about Prophia?

Prophia allows us to put all of our leases, across our entire portfolio, on one dashboard. It then abstracts every lease with a consistent method that is predictable and allows for the user to rely on the same data pattern to be utilized for every lease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophia?

As an initial user, most of the kinks have now been worked out, but I do still wish there was a way to export the stacking plan to Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prophia solving and how is that benefiting you?

As stated above, Prophia solves the problem of inconsistent abstracting. Often, when a property is purchased, the abstracting is done at the outset of the investment and quickly becomes dated and unreliable. Prophia take the inconsitency out of the equation, since all of the lease data is maintained in real time and may be relied upon by users at all levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
