Prophia is one of the best real estate tools we use daily. We, as owners and asset managers, can quickly view the property snapshot, as well as each tenant's lease details, rent rolls, stacking plans. In the area of the lease/tenant summary, there are links that will take you to the exact lease section to read the details of everything from base years, free rent, what's included in CAM, termination rights, etc etc. My only complaint is that I wish I had this program many years ago when I was a Property Manager. It would have made my life so much easier! For all they offer, you can't beat the associated cost. (The cherry on top is everyone on their staff I have worked with is SUPER helpful and kind.)
