What do you like best about Prophet CRM?

I can link emails to my bids and keep track of all the correspondence in one location. It tracks the bids in a way that manages the massive amount of information in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prophet CRM?

The only thing I would like to see is the ability to log the time the bid is due as well as the date. Many projects have a specific time that they are due that day, and I need a way to track that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Prophet CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have not encountered any issues in utilizing Prophet CRM. The only thing I wish they would add is a way to track the due date time, and everything would be awesome! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
